Epic Games Release New Fortnite Season...

On the first of May, Epic Games released their highly anticipated "Season 4" for their increasingly popular game mode "Battle Royale" within "Fortnite".  New features include an updated game map as well as in game items that continue to make the game a learning experience for pros and new comers alike.

Fortnite Battle Royale, is a 100 player online game, where the basic rule is quite simple... Be the last person standing. Gaining mass popularity through influential musicians and sportspeople including Drake, Travis Scott as well as Harry Kane just to name a few, there has been more and more people jumping on the bandwagon and the game has improved for it. The community as a whole has grown in active participation from players of the game all the way to observers who can watch their favourite streamers on Twitch and YouTube. There's no wonder why the biggest game in the world is still getting even bigger.

As with all the previous season updates of the game, the new and improved Fortnite Season 4 includes a variety of new character skins that offer gamers the chance to express their personal taste this season with a focus on superheroes and villains. For the first time in the game, skins have the ability to upgrade through gaining experience points however are only applicable for "Omega" and "Carbide", the opposing hero/villain skins. 

Several other changes have been made to the game including new locations; Dusty Divot and Risky Reels, as well as several craters located across the map offering players a new way of playing the game, with Hop Rocks. The shards of meteor that allow to players to reduce the effects of gravity and float higher while jumping. 

These are just few of the many additions to the game and there is still more to come as far as gameplay is concerned with Epic continuously aiming to improve the experience for players but until then, happy hunting and good luck ranking up those battle passes!
