Social Media and it's Impact on Inspiration.
For the past four years, I've been flying drones non-stop. I love the feeling of being immersed within the drone in a first person view to replicate the feeling of flying.
YouTube has been a big part of my consistency when it comes to flying. The ability to wack a camera of the front of these drones, push record and show it to the world online is amazing. This is where the inspiration to keep flying, trying harder and harder maneuvers and tricks is found.
Channels like Mr. Steele, FliteTest & Rotor Riot are just a few of the drone related channels that have pushed me to keep flying and also start up my own channel, only posting videos every so often to show my progress. My YouTube channel is Callum Macdermid.
